TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions. Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

Ordering

You can buy products from us online using your credit or debit card or PayPal. Our payment service provider, Paypal, provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Electron or Delta After your complete your order, by successfully submitting payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This means that your bank has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our final acceptance of the order If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation the order has been received and once the goods have been despatched

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

To order goods on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to accept delivery. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that this acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been despatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).

When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.

Once we have received your order and payment we will aim to send out your orderd within 1 - 2 days Mon-Fri (excl Bank Holidays). Some personalised items despatch times do vary so please read the item descriptions.

Delivery

Delivery free on each order. Your order will usually be sent Standard Royal Mail Delivery. Once you have placed an order we aim to despatch the same day or the next working day depending on the time the order was placed. Some of our items such as personalised items have extended delivery times these delivery times they are stated on the item description. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched (please note personalised items cannot be returned after despatch unless it is faulty due to our error ) , you will also be charged for both delivery and collection cost. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

Postage is free for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT),Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA,ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD , AB , IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS,ZE) Europe & the Rest of the World. Will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.

If express next day delivery is required this will be charged for separately and the extra payment for this will be arranged with the you the customer.

We will only deliver goods to the delivery address on the order.

Delivery times depend on the service selected and destination country. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate

Availability

All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only.

Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer’s expense in new resalable condition within 14 working days along with the original receipt or Gift receipt. Please note we do not refund personalised gifts unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake. We can not be held responsible for the customers mistakes.

Before ordering a personalised item please satisfy yourself fully that the gift is what you require. Please also be sure that you are able to provide the necessary information and approvals (as required) within your deadline for delivery

Any refunds will be only be issued once we have received the goods back, in there original condition.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
